The Senior Product Manager for Benefits will own the infrastructure strategy and roadmap for global payroll and benefit integrations within a fully remote, asynchronous-first team.
This role involves high-stakes work on complex third-party integrations, migrating benefit costs onto a unified payroll system, and building a provider-agnostic infrastructure layer. You will collaborate with engineering, payroll operations, and legal teams to ensure data integrity and compliance across more than 90 countries while managing the full lifecycle of benefits partners.
