Liberty Mutual is hiring a remote Director of Data Science based in the USA to lead GenAI evaluation, vendor risk management, and ML-based tooling for their People, Purpose, and Brand division.

This individual contributor role focuses on architecting evaluation frameworks for GenAI systems and establishing vendor-AI risk management standards. The successful candidate will partner with internal stakeholders to drive productivity and employee experience through scalable ML and GenAI programs while maintaining high engineering standards.
