Senior Analyst, Strategic Analytics

Motive is seeking a Canada-based Senior Analyst to lead profitability, COGS, and gross margin analytics for their hardware and software portfolio. This is a fully remote individual contributor role requiring deep SQL, financial modeling, and executive-level communication skills.

The Senior Analyst will act as a high-visibility problem solver within the Strategic Analytics team, working directly with the CPO and CTO. The core responsibility involves transforming ambiguous business challenges into data-informed strategies through rigorous unit economics modeling and cross-functional collaboration. The role offers autonomy to own end-to-end analytical projects, with a potential future transition into team leadership.
