Design human-centered AI experiences that help members access mental-health content and care. This senior role blends product strategy, behavioral design, research, mobile craft and mentorship.
Own design execution across complex product areas, use AI tools for rapid prototyping and research synthesis, and influence roadmap decisions with evidence. Candidates need at least six years of product-design experience and a portfolio that includes shipped or advanced AI product work. The US-remote package offers USD 140,400–190,000 plus equity and benefits; Bay Area residents follow a hybrid model.
