Aerovect is hiring a Staff Software Engineer to lead the design and implementation of motion planning systems for autonomous ground support equipment in a fully remote capacity.

As a Staff Software Engineer, you will own the technical architecture for mission, behavior, and motion planning within an autonomous vehicle stack. This role involves prototyping advanced algorithms, collaborating with cross-functional autonomy teams, and mentoring engineers to drive high-performance production solutions for airport environments.
