Director, Growth Marketing

League is hiring a remote Director, Growth Marketing based in Canada to lead their enterprise demand-generation strategy and MarTech stack overhaul. This is a builder role focused on B2B health-tech pipeline growth and AI workflow automation.

The Director of Growth Marketing will own the end-to-end demand-generation engine for healthcare payers and providers, rebuilding the current MarTech stack into an agentic, AI-first ecosystem. This high-autonomy position requires deep expertise in B2B enterprise marketing, cross-functional collaboration with Sales and Revenue Operations, and a strategic mindset to manage long sales cycles within the health-tech industry.
