Staff Software Engineer role focusing on database reliability within Grafana Cloud, specifically open to candidates based in Spain.

As a Staff SRE, you will embed with product squads to enhance the reliability of Grafana Cloud database products like Mimir and Loki. You will own production reliability for high-SLA customers, lead incident responses, and implement automation to improve system scalability and SLO adherence.

8+ Years engineering experience with 4+ years in SRE/CRE/production engineering

Strong Kubernetes experience in AWS, GCP or Azure

Experience operating multi-tenant systems in production

Strong experience designing and implementing SLOs

Experience with Go, Python or Java

Experience with Linux OS internals and networking
