Abnormal is hiring an Enterprise Platform Engineer to build and maintain secure, AI-enabled workforce technology platforms for their internal infrastructure. The role is fully remote for candidates based in the USA.

The Enterprise Platform Engineer will focus on automating joiner/mover/leaver flows, managing identity and access systems, and overseeing zero-touch device provisioning. You will work within an AI-forward team to create self-service tools and operational automations that improve employee experience and platform reliability. This role requires a strong background in platform engineering and a proactive mindset toward security and observability.

2-5 Years of experience in IT engineering, platform engineering, or systems administration

Working knowledge of identity and access concepts including SSO, MFA, and least privilege

Experience supporting macOS and/or Windows using modern device management approaches

Ability to script and integrate systems using APIs, webhooks, or workflow orchestration

Familiarity with SaaS administration and collaboration tools

Experience with incident and change management, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis
