M Kopa is hiring a remote Software Engineering Team Lead to join their FinTech asset sales team in the UK and Europe within the UTC -1 to UTC +3 time zones.

As a Software Engineering Team Lead, you will own the full software lifecycle, leading backend engineers through greenfield and legacy projects. The role focuses on architectural direction, DevOps culture, and servant leadership within an event-driven, microservices-based environment.
