n8n is looking for a founding Sales Compensation Manager to build and automate variable compensation plans for global revenue teams. The role is fully remote and focuses on designing AI-integrated commission systems.
As the founding owner of Sales Compensation, you will design, model, and govern incentive plans for diverse revenue roles including Sales, CS, and Partnerships. You will manage the end-to-end commission lifecycle, from plan design to payment processing, while partnering with internal teams to build AI-driven automation for these operational workflows.
