Toast is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to build and evolve core agent tooling and voice/chat AI support platforms for their restaurant technology ecosystem.

The Care Experience team is modernizing Toast's support infrastructure by integrating AI-driven routing and resolution tools. As a senior member of the team, you will design, build, and scale backend services that power millions of customer interactions while ensuring high performance and operational reliability.
