The Program Management Lead will oversee retail expansion into emerging Americas markets in this 6-month fixed-term, U.S.-based remote role.
In this role, you will lead the end-to-end program lifecycle for Oura's retail entry into LATAM, Canada, and select U.S. markets. You will manage cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, and Operations to execute ambitious roadmaps while mitigating regulatory and logistical risks. This position requires deep retail experience and the ability to drive scalable operational processes.
