Samsara is hiring a Sr. Manager of Business Operations to drive operational excellence for its global support organization. This is a 100% remote role available to candidates residing in the United States, excluding specific metro areas.

The Sr. Manager will partner with leadership to define operational frameworks, oversee the annual operating plan, and manage capacity and cost modeling. The role requires a high degree of independence in taking ambiguous business challenges and turning them into actionable, data-driven recommendations using advanced modeling and AI tools.

Advanced analytical skills and proficiency with data tools like Tableau, Looker, SQL, or Databricks
Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders without direct authority
