The Growth & Partnerships Manager will drive user growth, TVL, and revenue for Binance's staking products portfolio across the Asian region.

This role involves managing the full staking lifecycle, including LST and on-chain yields, while identifying new partnership opportunities within the DeFi and institutional sectors. The candidate will coordinate across Product, Marketing, and Risk teams to translate market insights into actionable product improvements and growth campaigns.

Proven ability to drive partnerships from 0 to 1

Ability to collaborate fluently with Product teams and cross-functional partners
