Future is hiring a Staff Backend Engineer to scale core APIs and health-product services in a remote-first role for residents of the continental United States.

As a Staff Backend Engineer, you will own architecture and delivery across microservices, data pipelines, and customer-facing product features. You will balance reliable infrastructure work with rapid feature iteration while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams and maintaining system observability.
