Chainguard is hiring a Senior Manager of Customer Success Management to lead a team supporting Enterprise clients in the EMEA/APJ regions, based remotely in the UK.
As a key leader in the Customer Success organization, you will mentor a team of CSMs, define segment-specific strategies, and drive adoption and growth across Enterprise accounts. The role requires a strong operational mindset and technical domain knowledge to scale customer success functions effectively while partnering with sales, product, and marketing departments.
