Supabase is looking for a Lead to drive its AWS gaming segment strategy, managing partnerships and co-sell motions globally from anywhere in the world.

As the AWS Game Development Segment Lead, you will own the gaming strategy and roadmap, managing technical and commercial relationships within the AWS ecosystem. You will drive GTM plans with systems integrators, oversee co-sell pipelines, and identify technical product gaps to accelerate adoption among game studios. The role requires significant autonomy and the ability to operate across cross-functional teams in a fully remote, asynchronous environment.

3-5+ Years in partnerships, alliances, or business development
Proven track record managing complex, multi-stakeholder partner relationships
Deep understanding of AWS Partner Central, ACE, and Marketplace mechanics
Strong program management skills including gap analysis and quarterly business reviews
Experience working with or in the gaming industry
Ability to communicate technical SDK gaps and integration patterns to engineers
