NICE is hiring a Site Reliability Engineer to focus on 24/7 service reliability, observability, and operational automation within the UK.

The role bridges the gap between traditional Network Operations Center responsibilities and engineering-driven reliability practices. You will act as a primary responder for incidents, design monitoring strategies using tools like Prometheus and Grafana, and actively reduce operational toil through custom automation and software development.
