AlphaSense is seeking a Staff Site Reliability Engineer to lead reliability and scalability initiatives within their India-based remote team.

This role involves architecting core reliability platforms, leading incident response, and driving SRE best practices across the global engineering organization. You will act as a technical force multiplier, setting the standard for reliability while mentoring engineering teams to support mission-critical systems.

Experience with Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, or ELK

Proven incident management and troubleshooting skills
