As a Staff Backend Engineer, you will contribute to the Pulsar team, building scalable platform and admin services that power Bloomreach's SaaS products. The role involves designing technical solutions, driving product releases, and mentoring team members within a virtual-first environment that emphasizes autonomy and high-impact engineering.

Amit hozol magaddal

Minimum 5 years of backend service development experience using Python
Professional experience with Java / Spring or Go
Demonstrated ability to design APIs for a SaaS product
Proven track record of operating services in production on public cloud infrastructure
Strong understanding of web security principles and authentication/authorization practices
Proficiency in using AI coding tools like Cursor and Claude Code
