Senior Director, Internal Audit

GitLab is seeking a Senior Director of Internal Audit to lead risk-based audit planning and enterprise risk management for their remote-first team.

As the Senior Director, Internal Audit, you will report to the Vice President and be responsible for evolving the internal audit methodology, managing the SOX testing program, and facilitating enterprise risk management activities. This role requires leading a distributed team to deliver business-relevant audit results while ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. You will partner with business leaders across GitLab to provide risk insights and mitigation strategies using both technical and analytical expertise.
