Stapelstein is seeking a Senior B2B Operations Manager to build and optimize B2B processes, CRM workflows, and automation. This is a fully remote role based in Germany.

In this role, you will define and implement scalable B2B operations, ranging from lead qualification and onboarding to pricing logic and partner communications. You will act as the key interface between Sales, IT, and AI teams, ensuring high-quality CRM data and effective reporting while managing the B2B and Education shop platforms.
