Bjak is looking for a hands-on Principal Software Engineer to lead technical design and execution for their products globally.

This role involves taking ownership of major systems, mentoring engineering teams, and driving architecture decisions across backend and frontend infrastructure. The successful candidate will work in a distributed, fast-paced environment where they must turn ambiguous product challenges into clear, scalable technical solutions.
