SOFTGAMES is hiring a Senior Game Designer for systems and economy, fully remote worldwide, focusing on F2P mobile game progression and monetization.

As a Senior Game Designer at SOFTGAMES, you will lead the evolution of casual or puzzle mobile games by optimizing progression, economy, and LiveOps. You will leverage data-driven insights to improve player engagement and monetization while collaborating across cross-functional teams in a remote-first culture.

Proficiency in English and ability to use AI tools for productivity
