Bjak is hiring a Staff Software Engineer for their global, remote-first team building insurance and financial technology platforms for the Southeast Asian market.

As a Staff Software Engineer, you will own the technical direction and execution for core product initiatives, designing scalable systems and driving architecture decisions. This is a hands-on leadership role that requires strong collaboration across global, distributed teams and the ability to turn complex product requirements into clear, reliable technical solutions.
