Bikeleasing is hiring a Digital Marketing Manager for a 12-month parental leave cover, focusing on SEO, GEO, and CRO strategies. This role is 100% remote within Germany.

As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will lead efforts to improve website performance through A/B testing and content optimization for the brands Bikeleasing and Probonio. You will collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Data teams to drive organic growth. This position requires strong expertise in SEO and conversion strategies along with native-level German communication skills.
