Primer is looking for an Engineering Manager to lead a cross-functional team and own software delivery and architecture.

As an Engineering Manager, you will lead a cross-functional team covering frontend, mobile, and backend while supporting the professional growth of individual contributors. You will be responsible for defining technical direction, managing delivery cadences, and maintaining operational health. The role requires a blend of hands-on technical credibility and strong people management skills to ensure high-quality software output within the payments infrastructure space.
